“Don’t ask yourself what the world needs;
ask yourself what makes you come alive.
And then, go out and do that.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” Harold Whitman
I came alive. I’m a Mastery grad & proud of it. Like many, I was fired up, ready to make massive changes & ultimately, change my life! Right after Mastery, I received an International Bestseller status on Amazon for a book I co-authored about manifesting a new life. And, I flew back with a chapter written for my 2nd book. See, I write in whatever notebook is handy so, now, I’m compiling about 3 chapters from various places! Mastery made me get more things done. I’m a coach so I talk to my clients about goal-setting. But, in Mastery, Larry Gilman walked us through a very powerful goal-setting guided meditation. Very helpful & thought-provoking!
On the flight home, I told my flight attendant about Mastery and the man who escorted me to next gate-at airports, I use a wheelchair. So, guess I’m now a “Mastery Appleseed”. The weekend started with twelve separate individuals…By the end of the weekend-2 days later, we were a “Mastery family!”
I’m already planning to return in November as an observer! Just did mastery in June 2016! I loved the workshop. My mastery “family” stays in touch by emails! Not only did I have a blast, but I really took to heart being present and it’s ok not to be high-energy, enthusiastic self all the time. Those other areas, in my case, depression, I tend to gloss over. But, Larry and his highly intuitive laser coaching called me out. He gave me an assignment to tell everyone in class about my depression and how it makes me feel. What a “Debbie Downer”!
But I said I’d play at 100% and I did. He stressed committing to something. Mastery Self Expression is highly experiential and opens us to challenge our limiting beliefs, stepping out of our comfort zone and becoming more authentic and taps into our allowing more creativity to show up in our lives!
Is this an experience I’d recommend? Highly! I am accomplishing more. I still feel depressed and can procrastinate, but, not as much. Hey, I’m human. I’m also more present and connect in a deeper manner. Many ideas and experiences I took from the weekend are still percolating. And, honestly, that’s ok.
Without having taken Mastery, to be honest,I wouldn’t be as open to not having everything tied up in a bow.”Thank you, Larry Gilman and our co-trainer, Henry J. Mah, a fun, gifted actor & Mastery grad. Emily, the logistics coordinator extraordinaire, now, my friend, helped me arrange to get there from the East Coast! I can’t say enough. It was a long way to travel, but, so worth it! Mastery was great – I couldn’t have done it alone!
