I have coached numerous clients, some more open-minded, than others. If you pay a coach to work together to change something holding you back & move forward to your next career or business…life! But, there are types of clients where every response is a Yeah, but! This stubborn behavior is what I’ve labeled-having mulish or mule mind.
Mule Mind often can stem from fear of not having enough, time, money, resources…
Another reason for this type of behavior – is the “I’m not good enough…” thin enough, or perfect enough! It’s also a manifestation of not measuring up to whatever is used as a measuring stick.
If these emotions aren’t explored, those limiting beliefs will result in not making progress towards their goals.
One more emotion to explore is the feeling of being an imposter. If people found the real you, they’ll never accept, nor like or respect you. Who says you’re a sham? You.
Mule Mind occurs when you are experiencing those feelings and stubbornly refuse to explore those limiting beliefs.
What you believe, you can achieve,…Positive beliefs never limit but rather empower you.
In order achieve your goals, you need to believe you can.
