Andrea J. Lee in her book,” We Need to talk-Guide for Having Difficult Conversations, she reveals some internal conflicts entrepreneurs may have. I’ve added a few of my own from my 2nd book out in 2016 about the 10 Deadly Mistakes Every Entrepreneur Should Avoid!
There are key questions you, the entrepreneur-budding or in a well-established business and anything in between! Here are 5 to consider…
1.I have a fear of meeting my financial obligations. I’ll be honest with you,as always…Sometimes it rains when it pours-money just flows. Other times, there can be a drought!
2.I often forget myself as I have work obligations. Nothing is more important than self-care and having your health. My workaholic tendencies landed me in the hospital!
3.I am confident that I will achieve my goals for this year. Attitude is everything. Donald Trump was asked what we he do if he lost everything…The Donald couldn’t conceive that ever happening…”I will be a millionaire”! That’s a positive attitude.
4.My family & friends don’t say they’re concerned about you working too hard…or do they? Something to think about. How many birthdays and holidays have you missed because of work?
Are you the “Lone Ranger” in your business? Or, do you have a team? Do you have positive feelings about their contributions? And, if you don’t have a team, why not?
These are just the first 5 to start you on this soul-searching journey. Stay tuned for Part Two!
