Sunday, I met fellow solopreneur, Rhea Brown Alexander kinda A Blog Consultant. Business Consultant in the Balt/Wash DC Metropolitan areas. More Rockville, College Park, areas in Maryland whereas I’m a Career/ and she wants to be local & do training for small -large companies. She’s the Editor in Chief of Parental Powwow Magazine. Created and oversaw several groups ranging from social media, blogging and marketing your business through blogging. As Rhea says she does “Blog Tuneups”. We burned up the seats at Starbucks drinking chai latte and Rhea’s signature drink, White Mocha something or other…with 4 not 5 shots!
Rhea gave me blogging tips as we munched our $2 bananas! Don’t even get me started! 🙂 I gave some resources and encouragement-and some impromptu coaching, hey, it’s who I am! Someone asked me “how long have you been a coach? But I digress… I coached her around gathering all her writings and posts-there’s a book in there and Debora Ricks will publish and edit your manuscript into a book! She’s in my Momentum Mastermind group II starts Feb. 5th, a Thursday-posted in Facebook and was a blog post, any questions, email me or, better yet…comment below, and I’ll definitely respond on anything you want to say! And I won’t “hardsell” you!
So, on we discussed life and love-Rhea now is looking into the complicated relationships of Blacks and Asians. She can tell you all about it! I am so grateful I have a “Blogging Buddy” and friend. We met on Facebook!
I reminded her of the Momentum MasterMind’s conference call! We said goodbye at last, as my patiently waiting, husband might think, and Rhea, home to her 4 kids-oldest is her daughter who’s 13, a tweenager. So, actually Rhea’s a Mompreneur. She’s moving into podcasting…so we’ll be able to listen (me while being a busy solopreneur) you while commuting or even going to your home office-a busy parent-entrepreneur’s ‘s dream…She knows and is “in the trenches.”but loves being a mom, too.
