I’m grateful for…(partIV)

I kinda got out of sync-I have a draft of 4, but now,  it’ll be VI or VII…Jeff Mann is my personal trainer and I owe him everything!  We go to Brick Bodies-I’m based in Baltimore,MD if some of were wondering…I’m not touting one gym over another!  I wouldn’t do that!  My husband just goes and his thing.  I, on the other hand, have a trainer on Weds. I’m on my own Mondays and Fridays.  I try to go at least 3-4 times/week.  It’s tough, but, it’s my self-care which is important.  Women often take care of everyone in the household and often forget or short change ourselves.  I have a friend she plans what she’ll do for self-care.

From our 1st coaching session, we talk about self-care.  Some possible ideas…We assess how that’s going for her-after about a month…My self-care routines are taking breaks to eat, walk about, have lunch & watch a game show…Not be in my office, on my computer!

I need to slow down or I’m too rushed and fall or start to trip and catch myself.  The catching myself preventing a fall is totally due to Jeff and our work together.  I have better balance…and very rarely do I fall down!

This could be a metaphor for life!  What steps do you need to take?  What do you do for self-care?  Be honest!  Being cool knowing you have to get ‘unstuck” and move forward is a rough place to find yourself-Seasoned workers and those  other areas are often looking for the”magic answer.”  Never found it, did you?

Go biking, see a photo you like or take one yourself.  Whether it be joining an association…Got a great one involving masterminding,service projects, and  accountability-some are 100% networking but, also are ways to “give back.” So, that’s what I’m doing…My Facebook group is”Keeping It Real”-think, as life becomes much more… I know, I’ll find it helpful as I tell what I’m doing…Looking for a part time position,in a college career center- a job share would be ideal…10-15 hrs./week.  We’ll see.  I put it out there and the Law of Attraction will take care of the rest!!I, also, want to do some volunteering.  I have a strong give back” ethic!  And I get to work on me and read/listen to marketing ideas.

I’ve had “write  a book “for 4 years in my goals.  Some things I crossed off immediately!  I’m glad I didn’t accomplish everything!  I have a project to complete!  The book,” A Solo-entrepreneur’s Journey From Employee to “Own Boss!”in ten Easy Steps!  Learn from My Mistakes! what do you think?  I’ll go workout in a few hours and get more ideas!  Oh, Je-eff…

    I really like what you’ve acquired here, certainly like
    what you are stating and the way in which you say it.
    You make it enjoyable and you still care for to keep it wise.
