Choosing From the “Menu” of Life

Many of my midlife women clients, baby boomer women or anywhere in between, have this in common–choice and what this means.

In our coaching, we discuss options giving them the encouragement and realistic feedback they need.  The question is "what do I want?"

They create their own "menu" of possibilities.  I thought of this as I tried to choose from the restaurant’s menu.

I get philosophical–maybe cause we were in a Greek restaurant–home of philosophy…Greece, I mean.

Choosing always involves risk.  Not choosing leads often to more pain…

What do you think risk the choosing or stay "hungry"?
